The restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff tried their best to fix the problem with the electricity and heating in the room. the location was convenient for my business trip and it was easy to navigate to my meetings.
Communication was almost impossible as most of the staff didn't speak or understand English. The room was not very clean and the electric heater caused a blackout in the room each time it was used.

I recently spent my Christmas weekend at a hotel in Alwar and it was a lovely experience. the restaurant food was of high quality and absolutely delicious. the staff did their best to handle the challenges we faced with the heating and electricity , definitely a plus. the hotel has a strategic location, really close to some major tourist attractions and not too far from the city center. the room was comfortable and well, maintained , just what we needed for a nice stay.
That we encountered. the language barrier with the staff members was quite challenging, as we wanted to make several requests in English.

Some team members were helpful with our room's electricity problems and heating issues, despite their limited English. the location is quite central.
We did find that many staff members didn't speak English very well which made communication a bit of a challenge at times.
